Optimized Access and Uptime: EV Inverter
Free-Stand & Multi-Bay Dual-Access Cabinets
Designed for modern EV charging deployments, our free-standing multi-bay enclosures provide maximum flexibility for pad-mounted installation—no wall required. We also offer a dual-access design, with full-height doors at both the front and rear, allows technicians to quickly reach densely packed power modules, fuses, busbars, and low-voltage controls from either side. This configuration keeps high-voltage components cool and accessible, isolates the “hot” power zone from low-voltage areas for added safety, and enables rapid module replacements in the field. The front remains clean for user interface integration, while all cabling and thermal management are handled at the rear—supporting fast service, high uptime, and streamlined site layouts.
360° Service Access
Small, hot-swappable power bricks stay online because the cabinet opens from both the front and rear, and each door carries a padlock–ready, three-point handle for secure service work. Techs isolate low-voltage controls at the front and high-current stages at the back, so a module swap takes minutes, not hours.
Weather-Sealed NEMA 4/12 Armour
A continuous gasket, water-shedding trough and NEMA 4/12 certification block rain, hose-directed water and airborne dust, while the padlockable handle thwarts tampering. Upgrade the cabinet with zinc coated primer and weather proof ultra-durable powder coating options with Box CAD.
Heavy-Duty 12-Gauge Backbone
Robotically-welded 12–gauge steel, high capacity lifting eye bolts and a sturdy base let the frame carry 500-lb inverter stacks without flexing. Drop it on a pad, bolt it down and trust the structure for decades of grid–side duty. The 9412 DA is built rugged for forklift, crane and big–amp loads.
Integrator–Friendly Interior
An open plinth base, adjustable rack rails and LED–light provisions make wiring, cooling kits and sensors go in fast—no torch–cutting or re–drilling on site. Bottom cable entry keeps the user–facing front sleek and uncluttered.
Future–Proof Footprints—Up to 90″ x72″
The series spans 60, 72, and 90–inch heights, scaling with your power block. Need maximum capacity? The double–door dual–access 9412 DADD model stretches to a full 90 in H × 72 in W, giving integrators room for today’s 350 kW stacks and tomorrow’s upgrades, without a cabinet redesign. Ready out–of–the–box for NEVI–class EV infrastructure roll–outs.
