Conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Seuls les produits EXM standard non utilis\u00e9s, encore dans leur emballage d'origine et datant de moins d'un an, pourront faire l'objet d'un retour. Les produits peuvent \u00eatre retourn\u00e9s en vue d'un \u00e9change contre d'autres produits similaires d'une valeur \u00e9gale ou sup\u00e9rieure, uniquement au mois de juillet, dans la limite de 500,001 TP4T par an.<\/p>\n

Tous les retours doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9pay\u00e9s, pr\u00e9autoris\u00e9s et assign\u00e9s \u00e0 un num\u00e9ro d'autorisation de retour de marchandise (RMA) d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par EXM. Les produits retourn\u00e9s \u00e0 EXM sans num\u00e9ro RMA seront refus\u00e9s et retourn\u00e9s au client aux frais de celui-ci.<\/p>\n

Retours dus \u00e0 des dommages de transport<\/strong><\/h3>\n

EXM n'acceptera aucun retour en raison de dommages li\u00e9s au transport.<\/p>\n

En cas de r\u00e9paration ou de remplacement de biens n\u00e9cessaire suite \u00e0 des dommages de transport, une nouvelle commande d'achat doit \u00eatre \u00e9mise \u00e0 EXM. EXM autorisera un retour \u00e0 son usine, les frais de transport \u00e9tant \u00e0 la charge du client. Le client est responsable du paiement des deux commandes d'achat.<\/p>\n
